Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Exit Plan Properties ("we", "us"), a real estate brokerage in Dubai founded by Yasser Ayed, handles personal information collected through exitplan.ae.

What we collect

• Details you enter in our enquiry, valuation or exit check forms: name, email, phone number, and any choices you select (for example buy or sell, budget, timeline, project, and your contract figures if you send them).
• The page or button you enquired from, and the date and time of your enquiry.
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to stop spam and repeated submissions. We do not store your IP address itself.
• Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed and where the visit came from) to understand how the site performs, with no advertising profiles.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Figures you type into the Exit Check stay in your browser and are only sent to us if you choose to include them with an enquiry.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you the property advice, valuation or exit plan you asked for.
• To send you relevant property updates, if you agreed to this. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep records of our client relationships, as required for a real estate brokerage.

We do not sell your information or share it with other agents.

Service providers

Your enquiry is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and emailed to us through our email provider (Resend). The website is hosted by Hostinger and delivered through Cloudflare. These providers process data only to run these services for us.

If you use the chat on this site, your messages are saved with the conversation so Yasser can follow up, and are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to write the replies. Please don't share ID or passport numbers in the chat.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates. Reply to any email from us, or send a request through the enquiry form or WhatsApp on our homepage, and we will act on it promptly.
