Dubai is a city built on ambition, precision and trust. My career has been shaped by those same values.

I began my journey in some of Dubai's most prestigious hotels, where I learned what true service really means: presence, care and attention to detail. I later moved into banking and technology, where accuracy, accountability and sound judgment are essential.

I founded Exit Plan Properties on one idea: you should know how you will get out before you get in. So we focus on Dubai Hills Estate and Emaar communities, where I know the launches, resale prices and streets in detail. And when owners need out of an off-plan payment plan, with any developer, we work out the real numbers and handle the exit.
